He married Francis Jeffreys, daughter of James Jeffreys and (--?--) Elizabeth, in 1884. He appeared on the census of 1900 Indian Territory. He died before 1910.
FRANCIS JEFFREYS was born in February 1853 Alabama. She appeared on the census of 1870 Comanche County. She married James Absalom Mackey in 1875 Comanche County, Texas. She appeared on the census of 1910 Victor, McClain County, Oklahoma.

13. JAMES HENRY³ ROBERTS (Elias², Charles¹) was born in November 1855 Walker County, Texas. He appeared on the census of 1860 Galena, Falls County, Texas; living with his father Elias, step mother Melvina and brother John. He appeared on the census of 1880 Falls County, Texas; and was working as a farm hand for the Joseph Coplin family, along with James Bowers. He married Emily Tillis, daughter of John Wade Tillis and Martha Sweat, on 20 November 1884 Robertson County, Texas. He immigrated in November 1899 to 10 mi. west of Purcell, Chickasaw Nation, Indian Territory. He made application for himself and his children to be identified as Mississippi Choctaw on 12 July 1900. The application for himself and his family to be identified as Mississippi Choctaw was denied on 27 July 1903. His wife Emily died after giving birth on 30 March 1904. He appeared on the census of 1910 Wichita, Comanche County, Oklahoma. He appeared on the census of 1930 Mountain Park, Kiowa County, Oklahoma; and was listed as a proprietor of a hamburger stand. He died on 2 February 1936 Snyder, Oklahoma, at age 80. He was buried on 4 February 1936 Fairlawn Cemetery, Kiowa County, Oklahoma.
EMILY TILLIS was also known as Emily Tullous. She was born on 12 July 1865. She died on 30 March 1904 from complications of childbirth, McClain County, Oklahoma, at age 38. She was buried on 1 April 1904 Washington Cemetery, McClain County, Oklahoma.

•     25.  i.   HENRY JAMES⁴ was born on 24 September 1885 Bremond, Robertson County, Texas. He immigrated in 1899 to Indian Territory. He appeared on the census of 1900 Purcell, Indian Territory. He married Arta Mae Bullard, daughter of Milton Anthony Bullard and Mary Elizabeth Beard, on 1 May 1910 Snyder, Kiowa County, Oklahoma. He was registered for the Draft in 1918 Snyder, Kiowa County, Oklahoma. He was after a visit from thier son Elias, his wife Arta contracted the Spanish Flu and died on 13 May 1919. He appeared on the census of 1920 Snyder, Kiowa County, Oklahoma; living with his sister in law Bertha and her husband William Light. He died on 17 September 1959 Cutler, Tulare County, California, at age 73. He was buried on 19 September 1959 Smith Mountain Cemetery, Dinuba, Tulare County, California.
  ARTA MAE BULLARD was born on 31 August 1889 Coosa County, Alabama. She appeared on the census of 1910 Mountain Park, Kiowa County, Oklahoma; living in the William Light household. She died on 13 May 1919 Mountain Park, Kiowa County, Oklahoma, at age 29; Died from the Spanish Flu. She was buried on 15 May 1919 Mountain Park Cemetery, Kiowa County, Oklahoma.


•     26.  ii.   JULIA was born on 13 March 1887 Robertson County, Texas. She married Robert Lee Allison circa 1907. She died on 15 April 1969 Indio, Riverside County, California, at age 82.

•     27.  iii.   JOHN was born on 14 August 1887 Bremond, Robertson County, Texas. He was a farmer on 5 June 1917 near Snyder, Kiowa County, Oklahoma. He married Florence Brown on 22 October 1927. He appeared on the census of 1930 Mountain Park, Kiowa County, Oklahoma. He died on 13 February 1962 Snyder, Oklahoma, at age 74. He was buried on 14 February 1962 Fairlawn Cemetery, Snyder, Oklahoma.

•     30.  vi.   ELIAS was born on 13 March 1895 Bremond, Robertson County, Texas. He was a farmer on 5 June 1917 near Snyder, Kiowa County, Oklahoma. He died on 30 September 1918 Camp Cody, New Mexico, at age 23. He was buried on 30 September 1918 Beverly National Cemetery, New Jersey.


•     31.  vii.   CASHIER LEE was born on 26 May 1896 Bremond, Robertson County, Texas. He married Maggie L Ward on 23 April 1921 McClain County, Oklahoma. He died on 28 May 1978 Blanchard, McClain County, Oklahoma, at age 82. He was buried on 28 May 1978 Dibble Cemetery, McClain County, Oklahoma.
